“The duende (goblin) is the halo, the atmosphere of the scream and the silence, it is the sustained breath, the claw of the unknown, the inexplicable.”
Duende flamenco is a show of dance and live music that makes us vibrate through singing, guitar, poetry, the rhythm of the heart in the heel tapping.
“El duende” occurs when the artist fills the stage with his unique presence and thrills the audience with the expression of his art.
Sally Avigdor and Antonio Jiménez “El Chupete” dialogue with the voice of poetry and the strength of the heels. With their different rhythmic languages they take us into the world of flamenco, an art born in Andalucia and that has overflowed, with its passion and essence, all frontiers.
