Food in Film Festival 2025 will take place over three days – February 27, February 28 and March 1. Each day, there will be a film screening at 11am and 5pm, and a lecture at 3pm.

Like Water For Chocolate

A romantic drama set in early 20th-century Mexico. It tells the story of Tita, a young woman forbidden to marry her true love, Pedro, due to family tradition. Her emotions are expressed through her magical cooking, which deeply affects all who eat her food, intertwining love, longing, and heartbreak in a tale of passion and familial duty.
