Biography

David Chiriboga, a musician of Ecuadorian heritage was born and raised in Chicago. David’s style is rooted in the Spanish Guitar, with a culmination of Flamenco, Spanish Classical and Latin guitar repertoire. He has studied in various cities through out the south of Spain, especially in his favorite city Granada. He also received his degree in Music Performance at Northeastern University in Illinois.
Besides his solo performances, he’s also currently the resident guitarist with Ensemble Español Spanish Dance and a guitarist with Guitarra Azul.
David has toured across the USA with the various ensembles he has worked with. Internationally, he has also had the privilege to perform in countries such as Spain, Mexico, Italy, and Cuba.
