In 2020, she embraced a nomadic life in Mexico, capturing ambient sounds with a field recorder. Her live performance combines shamanic voices, city rhythms, and natural symphonies, blending electric guitar solos with electronic tracks for a powerful and immersive sonic journey.
De’Anza, an artist and producer/multi-instrumentalist, is known for creating an eclectic mix of music sourced from various ends of the musical spectrum. Taking cues from traditional styles and landing somewhere between the hypnotic and the primal, she crosses borders and boundaries, resulting in a new fusion.
