Fausto, the acclaimed work by Gounod, will be performed by the talented group of young singers from Operísima México, under the direction of internationally renowned Maestro Rogelio Riojas Nolasco. Experience a unique concert version that will include stage movements that will bring you closer to the characters and the plot.

Fausto is an opera in five acts composed by Charles Gounod, based on the literary work Faust by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. The story follows Fausto, a scholar who, dissatisfied with his life and desiring to regain his youth, makes a pact with Mephistopheles, the devil. In exchange for his soul, Fausto receives youth and power, and he falls in love with Marguerite, a young innocent woman. However, the pact leads to tragic consequences as Marguerite suffers the consequences of Fausto's actions. In the end, despite his mistakes, Fausto seeks redemption, and the opera concludes with a divine intervention that grants him forgiveness.
