Join us for an unforgettable evening of free flowing ecstatic dance on Friday 7th March from 6pm til 9pm at Casa Shala.

What to expect:

Fun introductory exercises to let go and fully enjoy the musical journey.

Free-form dance to carefully curated music, allowing you to express yourself without judgment.

A safe, alcohol-free space to connect with yourself and others.

No dance experience necessary – all are welcome!

6:00 pm Opening Circle & fun exercises
6:10 pm Ecstatic Wave set with PhoenixFire
8:40 pm Yoga Nidra & Closing Circle
9:00 pm Event finishes

We do kindly ask you leave your four legged friends at home.

We will also have a Cacao & Elixir Bar at the event serving delicious drinks by Pam Nava, you can pay her directly in MXN for any purchases.
